-1/2 apple: 26.5 cal
Total: 246.5 cal ( 153.5 cal below goal)
Lunch:
-1 piece of bread: 70 cal
-2 tbsp grape jelly: 60cal
-2 tbsp peanut-butter: 140cal
-1 pringle: 135cal
-1/2 apple: 26.5
Total: 431.5 cal (31.5 cal ABOVE goal)
*reason for binge: wanted to have enough energy for tennis match.
-feeling after binge: bloated, full, guilty, generally gross.
